Ministry Fair and Picnic following 10
AM Service
Our Schedule September 5th is the last day for our
summer schedule. Please note that
we do not have Nursery Care Staff available during summer services, but the
French Memorial can be used for you to supervise your child in, if needed.
Next
week, on September 12th, we will return to our two service schedule:
8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
Spare Change Sunday Sept 5th! The first Sunday of every month is SPARE CHANGE SUNDAY. The loose change given in the plate
benefits our Church School youth's Heifer Project ministry.
St. Paul’s Ministry Fair and Homecoming Picnic Join us on September 12th! If you are part of a ministry or organization in the church,
here is your chance to highlight what you do. Bring your light out from under a bushel! After the 10 a.m. service every
organization in the church will set up and staff a table. This is your chance to share with
others how the Spirit is moving at St. Paul’s. This is also a great way to encourage others to join your
group. And for those who have
always wondered what the ECW does, or who is on the Outreach Committee, or
where the Property Ministry buys its paint, this is your chance! It will be fun way to get connected
with St. Paul’s. We will also
enjoy a picnic together. Bring a
side dish to share. This will also
be the return to the 2 service Sunday and the first Sunday of Church School in
the fall. Please confirm that your
ministry would like to staff a table via email to Stephanie (stpaulsnarector@comast.net) and/or
Rene (stpaulsna@comcast.net) or call
the office (978-683-0671) by Wednesday, September 8th.
2010 Silent Auction Donations by September 15 The success of last year’s Silent Auction was due, in large part, to the
personal items and services donated by parishioners. The online component
of the auction requires us to identify these donations early for listing
online. Call or email with your
ideas or donations anytime now, or
by September 15, if possible.
Think: collectibles, event
tickets, regifted home décor items, electronics, sports equipment, etc. Also consider if your workplace
could contribute any service or items.
If you think of a new business we could approach, please send that
suggestion, too. Thanks! Call Marti: 978-685-6016 or email: wandmvicens@gmail.com or stpaulsauction@gmail.com .
Urgent Request from Lazarus House; Food
donations needed! See the bulletin board for a list
of suggested food and donation locations.
You can leave your food donations in the basket in the back of the left side as
you enter Church.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Women At the first meeting, on September 13th, Linda Doherty,
incoming president, will welcome the women of the parish to the 2010-2011
season of Episcopal Church Women.
A meal of cook-out fare will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the lower level
of the parish hall. Hamburgers,
hot dogs, corn on the cob and beverages will be provided by the officers, who
serve as hostesses. Members are
asked to bring salads, side dishes or desserts. Please ask a fellow parishioner to be your guest. Mrs. Doherty invites women of the
parish, especially those who are new to ECW, to take part. A short business meeting will take
place after the meal.
St. Paul’s Women's Book Group Please join us for discussion, fellowship, and refreshments on Thursday,
